Once you have taken a mind-bending drug, the world -- including yourself -- may never seem the same. Before you take one (or before you take one again) you should ask your brain some questions: Why do I want to bend my mind? What am I going to bend it with? What does a bent mind feel like? What problems can mind-bending drugs lead to? What can be done to reduce harmful consequences? This book provides some answers to these questions, with up-to-date info, a chatty style, and a fun, approachable design with many color illustrations.

How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

...and never will be personally familiar to recreational drugs. I think a good guide for human services professions (psychiatrists, psych nurses, social workers, paramedics) although the tone/mood of the knowledge is playful and seems benign. As more designer type drugs come about, the guide may become more and dated. Perhaps the guide should be updated to include 'bath salts' and perhaps the 'smart drugs' as well.
