Are 5-MeO-DIPT and 5--MeO-DMT MAO Inhibitors?
Q: Are 5-MEO-DiPT and/or 5-MEO-DMT MAO inhibitors? I tried to look it up but was left confused.

Please help. Thank you.

A: Short answer: no.

Long answer: while in theory, having either of these in your system may keep the monoamine oxidase (MAO) busy, they are very weak inhibitors and are essentially non-effective as MAOIs for any practical purpose.
